La Palestina, the largest farm within the Origin Coffee Lab network, covers an expansive 11 hectares across seven distinct parcels. Initially founded by their parents, the farm is now managed by the Alarcón brothers, each overseeing the operations of their respective plots. During harvest season, the brothers work together, collectively picking and processing the coffee cherries to maximize efficiency and streamline the process. Each brother brings a unique set of skills to their specific areas of cultivation and processing, ensuring a division of labor that enhances both productivity and precision.
